Youth Ministry in 2025

Thank you to everyone who joined me at the church's annual meeting! I’m so grateful for everyone's continued support as we look ahead to the future of our youth ministry. Here’s a recap of what I shared:

What I’ve Learned: Over the past year, I’ve connected with youth, parents, volunteers and church leaders, and it’s clear that our youth are eager to grow in their faith. While we face some challenges, I’m excited by the foundation we’re building.

Vision: To see youth lead with faith, serve with love, and inspire others to grow closer to God.

Mission: To provide opportunities for youth to grow in their faith, lead with purpose, serve their communities with love, and guide others to Christ’s love.

Envisioning the Next 5 Years:
Year 1: Focus on action—keeping what works, expanding involvement, and meeting youth where they are.

Year 3: Leadership development— creating student leaders through retreats, engaging programs, and giving youth ownership.

Year 5: Sustainability—strengthening resources and fostering intergenerational collaboration.

What’s Next: Building a thriving youth ministry takes all of us. Whether through prayers, encouragement, or just a warm welcome, your involvement makes a difference in helping our youth grow.
