At Eleva Lutheran, we believe that spiritual growth and community go hand in hand. Our faith groups are small, welcoming communities where members come together to explore their faith, support one another, and build lasting friendships. Whether you're looking to find encouragement in your spiritual journey, or simply connect with others who share your values, there's a place for you here. Join us as we grow together in faith, love, and service.
The Home Communion Visitation Team visits homebound individuals to provide communion and spiritual support. Equipped with communion kits, they offer consecrated wine, wafers, and readings from devotionals or scripture. The team meets quarterly to review visits and share experiences, and they participate in a monthly blessing during Sunday worship. They also give prayer shawls, handmade with prayers and blessings, to those in need. This ministry is rewarding and faith-building, requiring only a willingness to serve and share kindness. For more information or to request a visit, contact Pastor Karen or the church office.
A church circle is a small group of women who gather regularly for Christian friendship, Bible study, conversation, socialization, and often a sweet treat or potluck. Lydia Circle, started by Jan Franck, meets monthly in the evening, discussing a chosen book chapter. They take turns hosting and providing treats, and also engage in various ministries like sending cards and supporting church events. Circles offer opportunities for faith growth, relationship building, and mutual support. If interested in joining or starting a new circle, contact Pastor Karen.

The Quilt Club meets the first Monday of the month at 5:30pm. If you can’t be there at 5:30pm, come when you can. We will be creating and gifting quilts to ten high school seniors who will be graduating this spring. No sewing experience necessary, even if you don’t sew, there are plenty of tasks that need to be done for a quilt top to be completed.
