Following worship on Sunday September 15th, construction preparation began in the narthex (main entrance). The coverings for the floor and stairway have been selected. Due to unforeseen circumstances, a contractor had to be hired for the electrical portion of the project. This change added about $5,400 to the total cost of the project.
All the contractors have been secured, and all the various permits have been obtained.
The long awaited dream of a new lift is being realize! If you have been waiting for this project to begin before you make your special offering, NOW is a great time!!
As construction begins the second street entrance (Main Entrance) will be closed until the project is completed. Please use the Pine Street entrance, or the entrance by the parking lot during construction.

Thank you immensely for your generous gifts towards replacing the elevator, ensuring everyone can continue to worship and participate fully in our faith community.
Here is where we stand as of September 25th:
* The Elevator Replacement Fund stands at $22,232.92.
* Over the Summer 50% was paid to All Star Elevator as a down payment. We still owe $24,750.
* The Rocket Construction contract is $49,363.71.
